West Rouge Community Centre

The West Rouge Community Association is located within the West Rouge Community Centre on Rouge Hills Drive is in the eastern most section of the neighbourhood. It offers a wide range of activities and programs for all, from tots to older adults through Scarborough's Recreation, Parks and Culture Department. Hall and room rentals are available for community groups, wedding receptions, pre-teen dances, social functions, special events and recreation programming. There is a large ballroom that holds up to 400 people. Community groups such as the West Rouge Sport and Recreation Association, West Rouge Community Association and the Dukes of Harmony use the centre. Port Union Community Recreation Centre

This small but vibrant recreation centre is located at Port Union Road and Lawrence Ave. East and offers a wide range of activities for all, from tots to older adults. The Recreation Centre boasts a well equipped fitness centre, the Port Union Library, skateboard park, gymnatorium/hall and older adults lounge to accommodate everyone's needs. A wide range of programs are offered to all ages including young children and seniors, as well as many community events such as Winterfest and a summer concert series are provided for our local residents. This association has represented the West Rouge community in all aspects that affect the community. It is located within the West Rouge Community Centre at 270 Rouge Hills Drive.


Centennial Community Recreation Association

For over 57 years the CCRA has represented the Centennial Community in all aspects that affect the community. It is located within the Port Union Community Recreation Centre, 5450 Port Union Road, at Lawrence Avenue.


West Rouge Sports & Recreation Association

The West Rouge Sports and Recreation Association was founded in February 1960 while the Rouge was still a part of Pickering. The mandate of the organization was to serve as an umbrella association for all sports associations in "The Rouge". Their aim is to organize and promote social, sporting, cultural and recreational programs and activities in order to encourage a spirit of community within the West Rouge area. It is located within the West Rouge Community Centre at 270 Rouge Hills Drive.
